Description
You want to be personally involved in your child’s education, but need all the time planning required in lieu of quality instruction. You want him to gain that all-important foundation in reading, develop character through good routines and habits, and develop a love of learning! Enjoy the best of both worlds, homeschooling and a traditional Christian school classroom with Abeka Academy! Our experienced creative video teachers bring new ideas to bring third grade content to life. With Abeka Academy’s virtual program, you can easily homeschool more than one child at a time, even when your family is away.
As your child becomes familiar with the students in the videos, he will feel like he is part of the class. The teacher will even stop and let the “watching students” take turns participating in games, competitions, and drills! While enjoying the fun and expanded learning of a classroom experience, your child will receive one-on-one instruction at home as you listen to him read and recite, administer tests and quizzes, and review his papers.
Pre-recorded online video streams or DVDs give you the flexibility to set your own daily schedule. The video rental provides a full 12 months to complete 170 lessons.
