As your child becomes familiar with the students in the videos, he will feel like he is part of the class. The teacher will even stop and let the “watching students” take turns participating in games, competitions, and drills! While enjoying the fun and expanded learning of a classroom experience, your child will enjoy your one-on-one guidance at home as you listen to him read, recite, and check papers.

feature
Phonics – Your child will enjoy carefully planned activities that will teach him vowels, consonants, blends, monophthong and diphthong words, and special sounds. Abeka Voices has cultivated thousands of successful readers for over half a century!
Reading – Built on phonics, by the end of the first term, your child will be a real little reader!
Cursive Writing – The continuity of cursive writing is much more natural to young children than the starts and stops of handwriting. Research shows that learning cursive can improve children’s hand-eye coordination, motor skills and other brain and memory functions, including improved focus and attention span. You’ll be amazed by your child’s beautiful handwriting skills as he learns good technique from the start.
Numbers – Your child will memorize addition up to 10 and be able to identify the numbers that come before and after any number between 1 and 100. He will also begin learning about subtraction, completing one-step addition story problems, and identifying the largest and smallest numbers from a set of numbers.
Develop Skills – Coloring pages, mazes, guided art pages, and other activities in “Think and Learn” K5 help your kindergartner develop writing readiness, hand-eye coordination, visual perception, listening and thinking skills, and good character.
