Reading — Students will enjoy reading works from a variety of authors and genres, exploring a variety of literary concepts to improve their reading and writing skills, and develop a biblical worldview. Improving comprehension and developing critical thinking skills are the primary goals of the Abeka Reading Program.
Grammar and Composition – Creative writing and report writing provide practical applications to help sixth graders build a foundation of grammar, usage, and technique that will serve them well in junior high school.
